Still Have Questions?

Clarity offers a range of therapy treatments, including:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are effective evidence-based therapies that can help individuals with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, and self-harm. If you are experiencing any of these concerns, or if you have any other mental health concerns that are affecting your daily life, you may be a good candidate for CBT or DBT therapy.

Contact Clarity CBT & DBT Center to schedule a consultation with a licensed mental health professional who can determine if CBT or DBT therapy is right for you or your child.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) requires weekly therapy sessions. CBT typically lasts 4 to 6 months.

Because Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a more comprehensive and intensive form of therapy, it typically lasts longer than CBT and the overall duration of therapy is case-dependent. DBT therapy involves weekly individual therapy sessions, weekly skills-building sessions, phone coaching, and participation in a DBT team. This comprehensive approach generally lasts 6 to 12 months.
